By booking direct (via Phone, Fax or Email)
Any cancellation made for 14-8 days prior to arrival will result in 40% of the total accomodation balance being charged to the guests' credit card.

Any cancellation made for 7-1 days prior to arrival will result in 60% of the total accomodation balance being charged to the guests' credit card.

A "no-show" or a cancellation made on the same day of arrival will result in 75% of the total accomodation balance being charged to the guests' credit card.

WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD IN THE ABOVE CIRCUMSTANCES AS FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON CHECK-OUT.
